High performance thermal grease materials offer superior performance in high power applications
T660 high performance thermal grease from Chomerics has been designed for use in high power applications that require maximum thermal performance. The new material is non-curing, dispensable and highly conformable. It requires no mixing and is ideal for high power applications requiring material with minimum bond line thickness and high conductivity.
T660 is a phase change material containing small, higly thermally conductive particles that melt at 62°C. This characteristic helps ensure a minimal bond line and filling of air voids at the component / heatsink interface to maximise thermal conductivity. The material requires virtually no compressive force in order to deform and flow.
Flame retardant versions of conductive plastic shielding materials
Chomerics has further enhanced its range of innovative PREMIERTM conductive plastic shielding materials with the introduction of non-halogenated flame retardant grades.
Rated to UL94 V-0 at 1.5mm thick, the new materials are available with three different levels of shielding performance enabling engineers to choose the material that accurately matches the shielding and mechanical requirements of their application, so avoiding over-design and unnecessary cost.
Flexible RF absorber material CHO-MUTE eliminates interference problems
Available in a choice of two grades CHO-MUTETM can be used to eliminate EMI and EMC problems in a variety of applications such as transmitters, receivers, microcontrollers and microprocessors.
The new elastomers incorporate a high technology ferrous filled silicone polymer system that gives wide band absorption of up to 20dB between 30MHz and 12GHz for CHO-MUTE 9020, and 25dB between 500MHz and 18Ghz for CHO-MUTETM 9000. The material is extremely effective at absorbing both surface currents and free space electromagnetic fields.
Available in sheet form, die-cut or as moulded parts, CHO-MUTETM can be supplied in thicknesses ranging from 0.25mm to 3.0mm. Both grades have an operating temperature range of -50°C to +160°C and can be supplied with a pressure sensitive adhesive to aid assembly.
Electromotors
EEMCCOIMEX has started the supply of electromotors in a range of 15W up to 120W. If so needed up to 500W is available. The program consistst of both AC as well DC motors with accessories like speed controls and gear heads. More information can be send upon request.
